1. General Policy

All purchases are final once activated. Our service provides immediate digital access, so refunds are not available after activation.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Outage

Verified outage over 72 consecutive hours may qualify for pro-rata credit. Must be StreamLeo infrastructure issue.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

• Changed your mind
• Wrong plan purchased
• Your internet/device issues
• Account suspended for violations
• Unused subscription period

3. Submit within 7 days of qualifying event
