IBO Player Setup Guide

What is IBO Player?

IBO Player is the official IPTV media player application used by StreamLeo to deliver your television content. It is available on nearly every platform including Android, iOS, Amazon Fire TV, Windows, macOS, Samsung TV, and LG TV. The application provides a clean interface with smooth playback, EPG support, and favourites management.

Quick Start (4 Steps)

1. Download IBO Player from your device's app store
2. Open the app and note the Device ID and Key displayed on screen
3. Send your Device ID and Key to StreamLeo support via WhatsApp (+19398003993) or email ([email protected])
4. Restart the app once our team confirms activation (usually within minutes)

Installing on Android Phones & Tablets

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
2. Search for "IBO Player" or "IBO Player Pro"
3. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete
4. Open IBO Player - your Device ID and Key will be displayed
5. Send these credentials to StreamLeo support for activation

Installing on Amazon Fire TV Stick

1. From the Fire TV home screen, select the Search icon
2. Type "IBO Player" and select it from results
3. Click Download/Get to install the application
4. Open IBO Player and note your Device ID and Key
5. Contact StreamLeo support with your credentials

Tip: If IBO Player is not available on the Amazon Appstore in your region, you can sideload it using the Downloader app.

Installing on Windows PC

1. Visit the official IBO Player website
2. Download the Windows installer (.exe file)
3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts
4. Open IBO Player and note your Device ID and Key
5. Send credentials to StreamLeo support

Installing on macOS

1. Open the Mac App Store
2. Search for "IBO Player"
3. Click Get/Install
4. Open the app and note your Device ID and Key
5. Contact StreamLeo support for activation

Installing on Samsung & LG Smart TVs

Samsung TV

1. Press the Home button on your Samsung remote
2. Navigate to Apps
3. Search for "IBO Player"
4. Install and open the app
5. Note the Device ID and Key, then contact StreamLeo support

LG TV

1. Press the Home button on your LG remote
2. Open the LG Content Store
3. Search for "IBO Player"
4. Install and launch the app
5. Send your Device ID and Key to StreamLeo support

Adding Your IPTV Playlist

StreamLeo uses remote playlist activation, which means our support team will add your playlist directly to your IBO Player account. You do not need to manually enter any M3U URLs or Xtream codes. Simply provide your Device ID and Key, and we handle the rest.

Using the Live TV Section

Once activated, the Live TV section displays all 34,000+ channels organised by category. You can browse categories, search for specific channels, and add channels to your favourites list for quick access.

Using the Movies & Series Section

The VOD section gives you access to over 148,000 movies and TV series. Content is organised by genre and can be searched by title. New content is added daily.

Troubleshooting

• App not loading: Restart IBO Player and check your internet connection
• Channels buffering: Ensure you have at least 15 Mbps for HD content
• No channels showing: Contact StreamLeo support to verify your activation
• EPG not loading: Wait a few minutes after first activation for the guide to sync
