Welcome to StreamLeo ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our IPTV service at https://streamleo.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

StreamLeo provides subscription-based IPTV streaming delivering live channels, VOD content, and EPG data via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

Provide accurate information during registration
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Must be 18+ or legal age in Australia

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once activated. Exceptions: verified outage over 72 hours (pro-rata credit) or confirmed duplicate charge (full refund). Requests must be submitted within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

Personal, non-commercial viewing only. Do not share, resell, redistribute credentials. Do not circumvent access controls or use automated tools.

6. Device Limitation

One (1) device at a time. IBO Player only. No third-party app support.

7. Service Availability

StreamLeo strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is property of respective owners. Limited, non-exclusive license for personal viewing only.

9. Privacy

Use governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these Terms without refund.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Australia.
